SGS & Maintenance Services provides a cleaning service for the common property areas of most of our clients.  The additional services can be added upon the clients request.  Our cleaning staff regularly service the complex so our clients can be assured that the complex is constantly maintained.

Routine Cleaning Services include:

• Clean (sweep, wash & polish) stairwells with appropriate chemicals
• Clean & polish railings, fittings etc.
• Clean windows with required chemicals
• Sweeping of walkways
• Removal of cobwebs from walls
• Dusting of light fittings
• Removal of dustbins into skip area and cleaning/sanitizing dustbins
• Any other cleaning duties required on common property area
